Corporate Summer Festival

We have been planning the annual Christmas Party for Zoopla for over a decade and this year they wanted to have a second annual event which was their summer party… and so the planning for “Z Fest” commenced.

On a hot summers day in July, 50 plus independent suppliers descended upon the absolutely stunning Chalkney Water Meadows for a jam packed two day set up ahead of the festival itself.

Guests were transported on coaches from across the UK and 550 excited “Zoopligans” arrived for an action packed day. Almost 50% of the company had never met each other in real life so it was important the event felt inclusive for everyone and there were plenty of opportunities to talk and interact.

Roaming musicians, flower crown making, glitter face painters, fairground rides, cocktail making, dj’s, fortune telling, chill out tents, circus skills. clay pigeon shooting, axe throwing and Rockyeaoke all made for an unbelievable day! The outstanding Kerb catered and as always absolutely delivered!
