For a company with offices in England, Ireland and Europe who wanted to bring their teams together to connect and interact we sourced a venue that would work geographically for all invitees and that also had the capacity for a festival set-up with the countryside setting to complete the look and feel of the day.

We planned and managed an international travel itinerary bringing together 400 guests for one memorable day in the grounds of Carlton Hall.

In the lead-up weeks we put together an engaging schedule for the day containing Team Building activities, spray painting tutorials, fortune tellers, photo booth fun, entertainment from live Karaoke band Rockaoke and crucially enough break-out time for socialising and relaxing.

With our catering partners Kerb we brought in 5 food trucks who provided a variety of their high-end street food options for the duration of the event.
Using the brand’s ‘WOOF’ phrase we created large blank-canvas 3D letters and under the instruction of a professional spray painter employees were encouraged to add their own designs, ultimately producing a unique, branded and personalised memento from the day to be displayed in their offices.
