Pret A Manger | Business Updates & Summer Party 2023

We delivered a full event program for 1500 Pret Senior Management and shop employees in July 2023.  Tasked with finding a venue suitable for 600 where Business Updates could be presented with appropriate staging, high-quality AV and sound and that was in close proximity to a spectacular party venue we approached Wembley Stadium and Box Park Wembley to work with us to create this dual-purpose event.

Business Updates were delivered to 600 seated guests in the Bobby Moore Suite at Wembley Stadium.  The audience of London and Regional Managers were invited to come dressed as their favourite musical icon in line with the day’s theme of ‘Popstars, Legends & Groupies’ and we booked and managed dance performers who lit up the stage alongside the CEO (George Michael!) and Operations Manager (Tina Turner!).

The daytime guests were then escorted on a 5 minute walk down the iconic Wembley Way to join over 1000 of their colleagues to party at Box Park Wembley.  With free run of the venue invitees could enjoy a choice of 25 street food options, unlimited drinks, Hip-Hop Karaoke, Battle Axe and Indoor Golf.
