Christmas Party for 2000 people at Roundhouse

The Pret a Manger annual summer and Christmas parties are attended by 2200 store members from all over the country and they are brilliant fun!

We have been working with the Pret for over six years now and each party gets bigger and better everyt time. The crucial ingredients in organising a successful event for such large numbers is to have the correct size venue, enough staff, plenty of circulating and static food, separate bars, loads of iced beer buckets and to have a staggered arrival and finish.

This particular party was held at the iconic Roundhouse. The light and sound production already installed at this venue is of an incredible level and the atmosphere was electric. We included fire breathers, acrobats, dancers, jugglers and stilt walkers to the mix, a free bar and incredible bowl food making it a party to remember!
