For a company with offices in England, Ireland and Europe who wanted to bring their international teams together for the first time since the pandemic, we sourced a venue that would work geographically for all invitees and that also had the capacity for a festival set-up with the countryside setting to complete the look and feel of the day.

We planned and managed an international travel itinerary bringing together 400 guests for one memorable day in the grounds of Carlton Hall.

The day was an engaging schedule of Team Building activities, spray painting tutorials, fortune tellers, photo booth fun, live Karaoke with Rockaoke and crucially enough break-out time for socialising and relaxing.

Our catering partners Kerb brought in 5 of their street food trucks.
Using the brand’s ‘WOOF’ phrase we created 3D letters and under the instruction of a professional spray painter employees were encouraged to add their own designs, ultimately producing a memento to be displayed in their offices.
