Rightmove | Conference + Summer Party, June 2024
June 2024 saw us bring together 650 delegates from across the country for a full day of Business Updates and a Summer Party that would give employees the chance to feel rewarded, reconnect and build new bonds.
By using the four expansive event spaces at East London’s Big Penny Social, we were able to comfortably host a sit down conference and flip the room in under half an hour into a Team Building treasure-hunting quiz space, while guests relaxed in the exterior garden with an Aperol Spritz and a sausage roll.
Once treasure had been located and any winner’s smugness had subsided (!) the venue was thrown fully open for everyone to enjoy the “Beach 17” party. Guests were invited to partake in beach volleyball, darts and ping-pong or just to relax on deck chairs, sip a cold drink and chow down on some local street food.
Another ‘room flip’ later and laser tag was in action, sound tracked by the legends that are Rockaoke, who had a mosh-pit going in minutes and rousing choruses continuing amid confetti canons until the very end.
