Rachel
Rachel founded Eventspiration over 15 years ago and has been the driving force behind our success ever since. With a million things on the go at any given moment, she tackles every challenge with a mix of sharp professionalism, calm leadership, and her trademark humour.
The foundation of our teamand the heart of our agency, Rachel brings vision, energy, and a whole lot of passion to everything she does. Outside of work, she’s in her element at a music festival or spending quality time with her two beautiful children.
Marcie
The creative heartbeat of Eventspiration. Officially our event photographer, she also wears many hats behind the scenes – managing everything from social media and website content to venue coordination and creative direction.
With an eye for detail and a flair for storytelling, she brings every event to life both on and off the screen. When she’s not busy making magic with us, she’s likely at a football game, thriving at a music festival, or jet-setting to chase that sun-kissed glow.
Dave
As one of our proud Leeds locals, Dave brings northern charm, quick wit, and a genuine passion for people to his role as Business Development Manager. He’s all about building connections, having a laugh, and spotting exciting opportunities to grow Eventspiration.
A massive foodie and lover of cultural city breaks, Dave’s always on the lookout for his next great conversation—or his next great meal.
Katy
Katy keeps the wheels turning at Eventspiration with unbeatable organisation, a can-do attitude, and a calm, collected presence that keeps everything (and everyone) on track. Whether she’s juggling office logistics, supporting on events, or handling the day-to-day details, no task is too big or too small – she gets it done with a smile.
Outside the office, you’ll find her unwinding in nature with her family or making a splash at aqua aerobics.
